These terms govern the purchase and use of Circumflex Booking Pro. The software provider and licensor is Circumflex AS, Norwegian organisation number 928 728 684, Bjørnlivegen 42, 3917 Porsgrunn, Norway. Contact: support@circumflex.no.

Product and licence

The subscription grants one non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to Circumflex Booking Pro for one WordPress installation. One WordPress Multisite network counts as one installation.
The first successful activation permanently binds the licence to that site. A licence cannot be released and moved to another ordinary production site. Another site requires another licence. Contact us for a documented domain change, migration, or another exceptional situation.
You need a compatible, current version of the free Circumflex Booking plugin. Core is distributed through WordPress.org.
You must not resell, share, or publish the licence key or Pro package, circumvent activation, or use the service unlawfully or to infringe rights.

Price, payment, and renewal

The standard price is USD 49 per year for one site, excluding applicable taxes. The total payable amount, including any tax and discount, is shown before you confirm the order. The subscription renews automatically for successive yearly periods until cancelled.

For purchases through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe/Link handles the payment transaction and may act as merchant of record, as disclosed in Stripe Checkout and on the receipt. Stripe handles card data, payment methods, receipts or invoices, and applicable transaction taxes or charges. Circumflex AS provides and licenses the software and provides product support.

Delivery, updates, and support

Access is created after the payment provider confirms payment. You receive the current Pro package, official updates, and standard email support without a guaranteed response time. An installed Pro version normally continues to work after the subscription expires, but new downloads, updates, and support require an active entitlement. We may change features to improve security, compatibility, and the product, but will not intentionally remove the principal value of an already paid subscription period.

Cancellation and failed payment

You can cancel automatic renewal in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and unused time is not normally refunded pro rata. If renewal fails, update and support access may continue for a short grace period before being suspended. Cancellation or suspension does not deactivate the already installed plugin.

30-day money-back guarantee and consumer rights

You may request a full refund of the initial purchase within 30 days after payment by contacting support@circumflex.no with the purchase reference. This guarantee is additional to mandatory statutory rights. Any applicable right of withdrawal, conformity guarantee, or other consumer protection is not limited by these terms. A full refund ends access to new Pro downloads, updates, and support.

Your responsibilities

Keep backups and test updates in a suitable environment where a change may affect operations.
Keep WordPress, Core, Pro, other plugins, themes, and PHP secure and up to date.
Ensure your use of the booking system, email, SMS, Telegram, and other integrations complies with privacy and other laws, and enter into required data-processing agreements.
Protect your customer account and licence key and notify us of suspected misuse.

Availability, liability, and force majeure

The software is provided with the functionality described at purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every combination of third-party software and hosting. To the extent permitted by law, Circumflex AS is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or circumstances caused by the customer’s configuration, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these terms for future purchases and renewals. Material changes affecting a current subscription will be communicated reasonably. Norwegian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. We first seek to resolve disputes through dialogue. Consumers may also use an applicable public complaint body or online dispute-resolution procedure where available.
